I took my 2 children for contact lens filling. All staff were very friendly towards them and very helpful. I feel that it would have been much better if the optometrist was not wearing a uniform. Both my children said he looked like a dentist. Overall very pleased

The Optometrist gave a lot of information which I found very helpful. He also asked the right questions such as how I like to hold the book or paper when reading. I felt my needs and preferences were fully taken into account.

It was a straightforward experience. Waiting the was not long. The staff were courteous and communicated clearly. The optometrist related warmly and communicated well. It was clear what the outcome was and the next steps. Overall positive experience and please with it.
